It was a great experience. Got all my questions answered. Had a nice warm up, stretches and had some practice on punches and kicks. Instructor was funny and explained every step of the way, why we do what we do things and what we gain from them. Very happy with my purchase. I will be attending every week 2 to 3 times. I definitely recommend.
