Forgot to review.
I took this class maybe a year ago with a friend but it left a lasting impression. The people there were so nice! I started the class with one of my friends and we ended up recruiting our other friends. At the end of our few weeks I think there were 4 or 5 of us taking the classes together every day.
I haven’t been able to go back, but I highly recommend!!

This is a great gym, the staff and coaches are friendly, and they have awesome workout routines. You get to go at your own pace with room to build up. New to gyms? Don’t be afraid to check this one out. You’ll learn the proper postures and feel accomplished after each session. I have already being recommending 1Fit Buena Park to people.

Worked out with Christy this morning. She’s GREAT! I took 10 months off of regular BootCamp to recover from a running injury. (Shoulder) Glad to be back. THIS GYM IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN A PART OF. Excellent trainers. Excellent equipment. Excellent knowledge. They modify for anyone with injuries or issues, or those new to exercises. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1 Fit!

It is the best!! All the instructors are amazing and have the best energy. I would give a 10/10 ... would recommend they work you out but don't kill you. I am looking forward to being here for many months.

This particular franchise, (La Habra, Cerritos, Buena Park), location has AWESOME trainers. They are very well educated & experienced in physical fitness & proper nutrition. The staff, esp. Kryssy @ LH, are also well educated & very motivating.

Been going for 2 weeks. Love everything about it! The 50 min class format allows for a proper warm up and post workout stretch. I also love that they alternate between metabolic days and strength days - best of both worlds. They rotate the staff too, so you are always getting a fresh, motivating workout with knowledgeable coaches no matter which times you attend.
