I have greatly enjoyed getting back into a yoga practice with your studio. Liz has been a wonderful and supportive guide to getting back in tune with my body. I leave each of her classes better than I entered.

The instructors are all super sweet, and make the most out of the practice. Very flexible scheduling too. It's everything you would want from a yoga studio!

It could have been a little warmer in the room, it got pretty cold which is hard when you are not moving very much.

a very professional yet personal feeling in this studio. I always leave there feeling "full" and centered. The entire studio has a sense of peace within it, leaving me rejuvenated and calm. All the instructors are very well versed and make each session I've been to easy to follow, even if I haven't been there for a while..
