He had a wealth of knowledge and explained different types of energy. I felt light as a feather and rejuvenated when I got off the table. Later that night I slept like a baby....

Craig has a vast understanding of both reflexology and reiki work. He brilliantly mixes the two art forms during his sessions. Craig also addressed and alleviated most of my physical pain. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Craig was very friendly and instantly put me at ease. Before starting the session, he explained the history of reflexology and reiki, how it works, and what he would be doing. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time! Thank you so much!
