What a gem that’s tucked away in the beautiful hill country! The place is chill and layback. They have plenty seating, games and billiards to entertain us. Owner Shane is very passionate and knowledgeable about his moonshines. Tour was informative and fun. The bartender was super friendly and they seriously have one of the best moonshine cocktails I have ever tasted. They have taken moonshine to the next level and we are addicted to their moon-garita.

We arrived late BUT were able to hear all about the Distillery, the owner/speaker was awesome!! He also uses Great local ingredients in everything he makes. They will be moving the next 2 months or so and we look forward to going again to the new location (very close to the current place).

Great place to go. Shane the co- founder give a great tour. Bring a snack or a picnic. The moonshine is good.

I would definitely recommend Crystal Creek Moonshine! It is the definition of "Austin" character. Don't expect to do a walking tour of a brewery, as everything is intimate and in one room. Shane was very personal and made it fun! They are moving to a new and larger location April 1 2015.
