Would HIGHLY recommend Elite Fitness. The instructors are extremely knowledgable. You get a great workout as well as learning self defense.

The instructors are GREAT and so are the other class participants. Everyone was very helpful and patient. I really enjoyed the training.

Wish the kids classes were longer than 30 mins, or that they were back to back to attend two.
