Today was my first class at Bodhi Yoga. The location was a little tough to find,but the view from the studio is incredible. Julia lead the Yin Yoga class I attended. I take a lot of Yin Yoga and she had poses I really enjoyed. I will be back often and take full advantage of my introductory month of classes. Thank you! Namaste.
