Love the teacher and the location. Beautiful studio, the cold towel on my forehead at the end was a wonderful surprise.

I have a chronic health condition that I spoke about previously when asking about the class. they said that the instructor was great and would help me modify. she helped me on the first pose, telling me that the pose would "be good for me", as if I had never done yoga. After that she didn't help me even though i was struggling to find options that would work.
