BeneFIT Yoga gave me a chance to reconnect with my mat! I love the simplicity of the flow and the certainty of the postures coming one after the other. I'm certainly more fond of Ashtanga Yoga which is hard to find in Austin West. Bikram makes the job pretty well. The owner and instructor are all very welcoming and prepared. I even got a private lesson from the owner herself!

Awesome place. First time Bikram Yoga experience. I will definitely be going back often. Very helpful staff and friendly and supportive place.

Amazing place with great instructors 😍
It was extremely hard, but after the first two classes, I feel invigorated and have no desire for diet sodas (a 30 year addiction)!!!!!

The other Bikram yoga studios I have been to only offer classes that are the standard 90 minutes. BeneFIT offers a 50 minute class, as well as 30 minute classes that focus on certain areas of the body. It's nice to have options.
