Great program for kids! We will definitely continue it

The staff is friendly! We have been there 3 times and my children (ages 8, 6, and 4) love skating and catching opportunities to see hockey games or practices. The place has a good feel to it. My children have had 2 group lessons so far and are enjoying those too.

The staff was very organized and pleasant.

I was overwhelmed by the amount of kids taking lessons, as the ice was literally FULL of children. And, the class sizes seemed to make it difficult for all of the kids to get help when needed. It was a little overwhelming for my kids, too. But, all of the staff is friendly and helpful.

We love skating there, and do quite often... However, a little more organization would be advised when it comes to evening skating classes. We attended classes when Ice Land did not own/manage the facility and classes were very well organized (children were grouped before going onto the ice, and there was not a hoard of parents and kids crammed rink-side). There was a little too much chaos going on... Not enough direction from staff. Children did not know where to go and were getting upset/overwhelmed and squashed.

All the instructors were very welcoming! My granddaughter loves the experience !

Making the reservation over the Phone was easy. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. They know their stuff! We will go back again for sure after our classes are over.

I liked the way they organized all the basic 1 kids into different groups right after it started based on skill level. they were organized and my daughter had a great time!
