For difficulty the Bikram class is a notch below hot power flow/Hot Power Vinyasa . Well led, fast paced, physically challenging, all in a very warm room. An excellent workout and a great way to let off some steam and clear you mind.

A cozy cute little studio, very friendly staff. Just get there at least 10 min before class to get a spot as it is a small space.

I have been looking for a great yoga instructor, especially one who teaches Bikram. Class was not too crowded, room was clean, teacher explained poses well, and she was attentive. Highly recommend!

Such an awesome studio! Great teachers and an amazingly cleansing workout. So excited there is a place to practice Bikram on the west side :)
