I joined for the prenatal yoga classes, and they have been great so far! Relaxation, challenge and a sense of community all came out of the experience. This is my first pregnancy, and it is really nice to just be in a room with other moms!

Once I attended my first class I knew I was hooked. It was relaxing and challenging. Pushed me in ways I wasn't aware existed. So far I have attended two classes in the past four days, both were amazing. I really enjoyed my class today with Caressa. She is a truly remarkable instructor. She encapsulated the pose and demeanor that is inviting to newbies like me. He class was challenging without being intimidating. Thanks Puma!
