The workers are nice, the gym is clean and organized. I'm excited!

Great value not locked into a yearly membership.

Its a great place to work out and do classes i really love it there. One more shower would be nice but it works. great job. so reasonable too. and close to home.

The locker room area is functional, but at times could be a little cleaner based on the time of day that I visit.

Was hoping Westerville would be open sooner. That is why I bought the membership. Also may want to consider not requiring a 1 year contract. That has turned some of my friends away. Competition like Fitness 19 offers month to month for the same price.

Loved kickboxing with Rachel and the Zumba classes

Please clean up the gym. It's very dirty...spray bottles were not filled, magazines all over the place, the floor is disgusting. The staff is very lazy (especially in the daycare, girl talked on her phone the entire time I checked in didn't acknowledged me or my kid, TV was broke, So many more complaints). I defintly will not be recommending South Beach Fitness Gahanna location.

Smelled a little stale.

For my first time walking into the facility i didnt feel welcomed. I didnt get a walk through of the area to get a feel for where all the equipement were.
