too noisy - loud
get that it is a social house and had game on but just a bit irritating for diners.
staff would disappear for long periods of time.
always found that an issue. Girls could be friendlier? happier?
hard to get their attention. One staff came back to us and smelled like cigarettes. yuck

Work on the hot wing recipe a bit, I find they've always been dry and hard, I love Earls wings. Saucy & tender :-)
