A very comfortable, friendly and relaxing experience and the woman who took care of me, Michelle, couldn't have been any nicer, patient w/all if my questions & was very knowledgable and explained in detail how & what the body wrap conturing does to your body. After 30 minutes I lost a total of 6& 1/2 inches total & felt cleansed of toxins within my body & literally, lighter ! :-)
