This experience is AMAZING! I feel so good after my first session! Amanda was my instructor and she is phenomenal at teaching and motivating. This environment in amazing every staff member and member for shine is kind, helpful, welcoming, and motivating! I am amazed that Amanda already had me doing things I didn’t know I could and she makes it such a great experience! Thank you so much!

Ive been wanting to get back into fitness that wasnt the usual cardio and weights. The front staff was so kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. I tried the intro to aerial class. It was my first time doing silks and hoop and it was a lot harder than I expected! Abby was a really great, helpful, and positive instructor. I'll be back to try more classes!

All the instructors are so nice, professional, and patient. Make all the learning so much fun. Everyone is so welcoming and really a great place to learn. Highly recommended!
