Great small crossfit box. Super accommodating. Expect very small classes which means there is less of a team feel I've gotten from other places but more personalized attention which is great

The staff is amazing. I am very out of shape and was hesitant to try them out. They made me feel welcomed, empowered, and important. It is challenging but in the best of ways.
