This was my child's first lesson and he had a hard time with letting go and going in the pool. I appreciated the staff and instructors patience with my son, great job.

The Level 1 class moved kind of slow - It seemed to progress from class 1 to 2 but then class 3 was the same as 1 and then 4 was one step more than class 2. A more defined schedule/routine for the class that can be outlined as what to expect would be helpful.

Drop off and pick up is stressful and confusing. I would love to have classes staggered even 5-10 minutes, so all classes don't end at the same time. One door in and one door out doesn't give much space to hear the instructor as they return your child.

Air out the lobby. The new chairs smell so much like plastic you can taste it. :)
