My carpets were extremely filthy from the kids and looks almost perfect now. Service was great and they were honest about what I needed to get done to the carpet. Scotchgard was provided at no additional charge either. Thank you Emergency Response!

Emergency response was wonderful! They really took care of my place. They were quick amd efficient and very concerned with satisfying the customer. They even called afterwards to check on the results. I couldn't be more pleased. And the price was astonishing! Plus they came exavtly whem they said they would. 5 star service!

They did a phenomenal job on the carpet but were 7 hours late for the scheduled appointment. I would recommend them despite their tardiness.
