Make sure they get your phone number correcty; my massage therapist cancelled and they couldn't get ahold of me because they wrote my number down wrong. They were able to get me scheduled with someone else 30 minutes later than my original appointment so it worked out but if that hadn't happened I would have wasted a trip and most of my morning. My 'new' therapist was really skilled though so maybe it all worked out for the best. I've already scheduled an appointment to go back.
