Within Lotus Yoga and Wellness Spa's three spacious studios, sunlight pours in through large windows to light up bamboo floors. You can choose to practice in the calming blue room, the invigorating red room, or the relaxing purple room, each of which sets its own tone for the various yoga classes held within. The classes themselves are truly for everyone, with styles that range from therapeutic yoga to the more challenging Vinyasa flow. The studio also offers Pilates, massage, esthetics, healing therapy, reiki and a far-infrared sauna that promotes overall wellbeing.

I purchased the One-Month membership & I am so excited to further my practice at Lotus. The studio is comfortable and inviting, the people were welcoming, and Maylo was a mindful instructor that takes yoga seriously and pushes you hard. I am grateful to have found this studio!

Really a lovely class. Nice facility, the room was a comfortable temperature. The instructor was great with good pacing for positions.

I’ve now been to Lotus 3 times and plan on being a repeat customer! The classes are great and instructors are kind and helpful. David greeted me at the front door and introduced me to the instructor which in my mind was going above and beyond. Give Lotus a try!

What a deal! Great yoga classes and some of the friendliest people I’ve met. Classes available for all levels. Clean and comfortable studio. Highly recommend.

Love Lotus Yoga. Went to restorative tonight. Instructor was amazing guiding the class with soothing words through stretches and poses designed to relax and restore you. Classes suitable for all levels, living in the judgment free zone, there is a class for everyone at Lotus. I drive 30 minutes to attend and it's worth every minute. Try this studio you won't regret it.
