First time doing CrossFit, trainer was very informative and helped me and my friend ALOT. Really laid back, but still got a good workout in.

Great functional fitness/CrossFit gym out in Lenexa, KS. Owner is a great guy and has been doing this a long time, so he knows his stuff. The community there is great too.

I am a 46 yr old man that is 6’ 260#. I have not been in a gym in several years and have not been regularly since 1991. Luke has been patient and a good combination of “this is how you do this!” And “ get out there and get it” Also a great place for the seasoned cross fit king or queen. My wife is about 25 years ahead of me on the workout timeline. And this is place pushes her Awesome!

So happy that i decided to do this! I am excited to really get started and see results. Even though i know its not going to be easy, i am ready to push myself and see how far i can go. I think this is the perfect atmosphere to do this.
