check out was challenging. I wanted to purchase something and the person was taking such a long time to sched an appt with a client in front of me, I had to leave. The receptionist never acknowledged me. So I left.

I do plan on returning. It's something I had wanted to try for some time & the coupon gave me the incentive. Although I realize one should not put a price tag on their health. But sometimes we have to in a day of such financial uncertainty. Inner Spa (love the name) helps you restore and maintain optimal health in your colon & other areas of the body. I take many medications & must because of my fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue & other auto immune disorders. I don't believe that our body can naturally remove such toxic substances. Another reason for me going for the colon hydrotherapy. I take care of myself with other alternative therapies i.e. an every-other-week neuromuscular massage & Reiki, visit an Acupuncturist, exercise a bit, eat healthy, etc. Lucille the Technician made me feel comfortable every step of the way & stayed in the room w/me the entire time to answer any questions. She is a delightful person. A tour of the facility was quite nice too introducing me to the Massage Therapist & Acupuncturist. Although as stated I do have my own. I plan to return to the Inner Spa once I am back from being a "sun bird" in Florida for a few months. If I was not going away I would follow-thru more promptly. What I noticed most after the colonic session (which was approx 30 minutes maybe more & 15 minutes for paperwork) was that I didn't feel as bloated as I had come in with. But what impressed me most was that for 4 days after I could notice an amazing increase in my energy level which is not easy to come by for me since I have chronic fatigue. Even my husband noticed it - I didn't need that afternoon nap. Think about treating yourself. Incidentally, colon cleaning goes back as far as the Egyptians & Greeks - so it's really nothing new. There are other alternative therapies offered & I'd like to try the Ear Candling. They have body contour wraps, mud baths, Ion foot baths, Facials, Body Masks, Foot Reflexology, Massages & Acupuncture. They also have a 5-stage water filtration system and state-of-the-art equipment for the colon hydrotherapy.
