Co-owners Laura Rothstein and Cathy Armstrong Frank and their team of instructors lead an array of yoga services, including classes for all levels of student, workshops, prenatal and teacher training.

Loved everything about this place!! Katra the instructor was phenomenal. The location is great and the class schedule is good too.
