The technician was over an hour late but did not call to advise me of this. He was very nice, however, but did not seem knowledgeable of certain pests found in my home. For instance, when we saw a spider he said "That looks alot like a brown recluse, but I'm not totally sure. He sprayed thoroughly but I was seeing spiders return in the same areas the next day. When I inquired about termites, he told me that based on my comments about my issues "I was teaching him something." Anyone with serious pest control issues or questions should seek help from a more experienced company.
