Tough workout, but very friendly and encouraging. Group classes small enough to get feedback from trainer on form and they're always looking out to make sure you're performing exercises safely.

There is nobody working the desk. Everybody seems busy when you walk in. Check the class schedule online and go a few minutes early. You'll check in with the teacher of the class. You can call and get questions answered quickly.
