The staff are very friendly, the service is quick, efficient, and top of the line. I can't stress enough how friendly they are and how they make you feel at home and comfortable. They always give suggestions to make your goals happen without telling you or making you feel like what you are doing is wrong. Best part is that they never push additional services or products on you, they do occasionally offer things but never make you feel under pressure.
