Wow! What a wonderful 1st time yoga experience at Ageless I just had. I am so happy to have discovered this place. I am looking forward to experiencing more classes and strengthening my weaknesses of yoga in general.

In between classes the doors are locked to the outside, if you have questions regarding the space go during classes to learn about the location

If you've never taken a yoga class before, don't be nervous! Kitty is such a sweet lady and she takes the time to explain things if you're new. Such a great environment.
