Beautiful studio, it's in a nice location and the teachers are awesome. I cannot think of anything better than yoga to rid yourself of stress. They even have a deal with a local daycare for a 50% discount to leave your little one(s) while you are in class!

The instructors here are great! There is a nice variety of classes and hours. The instructors help you find modifications and get in proper form. Heather's friday night class is the perfect ending to a hectic week!
