This is an old school type gym but amazing. Even has the old school smell. When you work out you could be working out next to a stay home mom or a professional body builder or professional fighter or a 73 year old man who is tough as nails. Everyone is kind and very helpful. They want you to meet your goals. They want you to be a success. Family owned and operated. First day was today, I felt right at home there, and I believe you will to. I am brutally honest I am told. I will not lie to you because that is not in my Character and I have nothing to gain. This is an Old school Gym that is pretty impressive. They have every piece of equipment you need. They also have classes there for other things. These are serious people who want to work out. Not like the "look pretty gyms" that are for standing around looking pretty. Jump in. For this cost, it is worth it. Plenty of space. Hope to see some new friends. I wish you the best in your decision process.

I recommend going in to get a your of the gym its very family oriented and not crowded like la fitness or youfit and the weights go to 150 dumbbells and it's very clean I recommend anyone in pompano beach Deerfield area go check this place out

Great "Old School" gym, with a 2014 Flair!!!!
This is a gym where you can transform yourself. I plan on doing just that!!!
