This is the first time I have taken my kids to this location, as I have taken them to other locations before. It was a pleasant experience with all the variety of things they had to do. The young lady at the front counter was very nice and helpful. I feel that I need to mention, that I ordered a pizza and fries at the food counter, and was told it would be about 10 minutes, which I felt was normal, so I took my kids to play for around 15 minutes, and when I came back the pizza was not ready. We had to wait an additional 13 minutes, for a total of 28 minutes for a small pizza and some fries. I don't know if the problem was short-staffed or something else. I also noticed 2 groups, probably families who also had their kids playing around. They had hogged up all the chairs in the waiting area with the tables to eat, so there were some tables without chairs. I was lucky to find two high-top chairs and a high-top table in the corner for my kids, while I ate while standing since you don't allow food or drink in the upper areas. I don't blame the families for saving the chairs for when the kids stop playing and come to eat, but if that place gets packed and the party tables are reserved, there will not be any place to sit and eat. Just something to think about if you're going to eat there. My kids had a nice time. I would go there again.

Too many zones for big kids

Came back, again... I forgot how bad this place is from the last time. Now its even worse. They make you use socks that you bought from them ONLY! So the socks from any other trampoline place ( you name any of them) is not good. Of course they can come up with some legal BS, that they are obligated by the policy bluh bluh bluh,,, but you get the idea. The place in so much need of renovations. The Sky Walk has been closed for a few years, I'd say. You can see dust all over it... Half of the staff is out of it... Some are ok, they are watching kids, and some are just milking time.... But as soon as your time is up, boooya they are right there. Well, to sum it up, even the kids said that they don't want to come back here ever again.

Dirty, crowded, not much to do compared to other locations. Rope course closed, basketball not available…
