Everything was very organized with the group, and the massage therapists were accommodating and very good. I would suggest this to anyone! Very Happy!

The massage was cut short due to the student leaving the room and telling me she wasn't feeling good. The supervisor came in and told us the massage was over and gave me a voucher for another massage at a later date. Very hard to get a time since they book up in less than one day.

Rcv'd the absolute worst massage ever by a student. After providing a written review of the student to staff, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to correct or satisfy the client (me). I always freqent student schools, where the students get to practice/learn on real people, from Empire Schools, to Auto Tech Schools, etc. and if the client isn't happy the supervised student/staff make sure things are corrected or at the very least that the client is happy when they leave. Cortiva did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to rectify the situation. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!
