Excellent experience. Were able to come out on the same day they returned my call. Treated inside and out. Explained how I may see more bugs at first as they were getting away from the barrier around the house. Friendly and professional.

Ask me to sign the paper and want my credit card, I reject to provide the credit card. Then They want me to sign to prove they have come to do service, I signed. After one month, come to my house do service outdoor without any notice and schedule , then left yellow paper to me charge me 97 dollar. What is that? Robber?

Terrible service from the office management. Didn't do what they promised and I still have issues. They refused to come back out and fix the problem without charging more money even though they stated there would be a free follow-up!!! Don't call them.

Worst experience we've had in any pest control service! Wasted our time and money. Had to call another company to return and finish the job. Will never use this company again!! We should have requested a refund, but the service was already performed. The tech imagined and suggested we had brown recluse eggs under our cupboards, to sell additional service.
