Amazzinnggg! Best hot yoga studio in all of south Denver. Highly reccomend this place- they are so compassionate and are incredible teachers. Great workout, too!

These classes really impressed me! I have never felt so challenged....yet it was doable. I had been away from my yoga practice for at least a year and Sumits Yoga made it accessible for me to ease back into my practice. The studio is definitely hot and you will pour sweat, but it is a really effective workout that will leave you feeling strong. Highly recommend!!!

The studio is beautiful. The Instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so welcomed. Upbeat and loving atmosphere. I definitely found a home for my yoga practice.

Great place! Hot yoga is HOT but instructors are kind and helpful. They let me borrow a towel for my first class which was nice. 545 on class had about 15 people, not too crowded and plenty of room.
