Owner was not that friendly and seemed irritated that so many people bought them. When scheduling she referred to me as "you coupon people". She scheduled me 3 months out and told me that I was over the deadline. Abrupt on phone. Although the clinicians were nice and did a good job, services were about 1/2 the amount of time as described. I felt like I was making them do me a favor! If this was to get new business it was a fail!

Heat the room and practioner's hands. Ask me if pressure is enough.
