Jeff came out as scheduled, I explained the situation with my carpet, he told me that he would take care of it. As expected he did a phenomenal job!!!!! The black marks the other company failed to remove are gone this morning!! The steps came clean as well!! I would definitely use them for the 3rd time !!!!!

Arrived on time. Cleaned all the rugs that I had in two rooms. My office had some bad spots but the rugs cleaned up beautifully
