About Scream Hollow Wicked Halloween Park

Norm Glenn knows how to scare people. He's always loved haunted houses, working on them while he was in high school and the army. He also hosted a haunted house in his front yard for a couple years that regularly brought in 500 people—that was when he decided it was time to start a commercial attraction. That attraction was the Mansion of Terror, which was regularly featured among the country's best haunted houses on the Travel Channel. But even a single mansion wasn't big enough for Norm's goals. So, he opened Scream Hollow Wicked Halloween Park in 2015. Located across a dense, 20-acre forest, the three haunted houses span 13 buildings, as well as a bar and café. Read on to learn more about each haunted house:

The Phantoms of The Mansion of Terror

When Adella opened her orphanage she was praised for her kindness, but no one had any idea the black magic that occurred within. As the orphanage filled up, many children died of starvation and disease. Well, supposedly. As guests walk through this mansion, they'll see sketches and a room filled with with dried pigs' feet, rooster talons, squirrel tails, and severed dolls' heads. And if they opt to step into the cemetery outside, they may hear the faint screams of the children, or even see their ghosts.

Lost Pines Zombie City

Lost Pines City has been abandoned for 20 years. Or has it? It was thought that no one was allowed in or out of the city, which was guarded by a military outpost. But upon hacking into the security system, a group of cyber punks discovered something went horribly wrong. Now they must determine what happened to the residents of Lost Pines City.

Slaughter Circus

When Vicious T. Mangles and the Slaughter Circus settled in Bastrop, they were unaware that the land was occupied by the cannibalistic Palmer family. Enraged by this newfound location, the family vowed to seek revenge by destroying, dismembering, and barbecuing any clown they see. Guests find themselves caught in the middle of this conflict and can only hope to make it out alive.

We had a great time! I was worried about the drive out there from Austin, but it wasn't bad at all. Parking was easy & the haunted houses were SO MUCH FUN! You guys got at least one good jump scare out of every one of us- even the more jaded members of our group. We enjoyed hanging out at the picnic tables by the bonfire, having drinks & working up the nerve to go on to the next house. We will definitely be back!!

Scream Hollow has become a tradition for my friends and me. It is very well organized and production value is stellar. Most important, the actors and staff are top notch - scary, but professional and fun! The drive is worth it!
