Be @ least 10 minutes early or they won't let you in to the class!

I have taken traditional yoga classes in the past, and I can definitely say I prefer this type of strength training yoga much better. It adds a lot more depth to the classes and I enjoyed the increased difficulty. Great class!
I hate all exercise, but I LOVE this! Angela and her instructors are kind, gentle, nurturing and encouraging while keeping you in the right positions to get the maximum benefit.

I really like that the intensity can be increased on the resistance bands once you've hit a plateau. I love that classes start & finish at the designated time and that there are a variety of class times making it available for all different work schedules. The environment was very welcoming from the first time I went making it very easy to continue going.
Love the classes and the instructors are great. Very friendly and calming atmosphere.
