Small, intimate setting. Felt like trainer had you specifically in mind. The workout leaves you feeling "expanded" more than spent. Seriously considering signing on to the complete program.

This place was messy. The instructor ordered tacos and started eating them during my session. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
