I injured my spine and that brought me to Yoga World. I have no previous yoga experience but that doesn't matter here. I take the Therapeutic yoga class and do what I physically can do. The leaded mediation at the end is exactly what my mind needs. The staff and other students are kind and caring. Everyone is welcome.

I like their variety of classes and I'v enjoyed all of the instructors. Even the last minute substitutes have been great. I also like the variety of poses in each class. My previous yoga instructor's routines were too much of the same poses repeated over and over again.
