The instructors are very helpful and patient. I am really enjoying the aerial silks and pole classes. They are challenging, but the instructors help break things down. Everyone I've met here are so kind and supportive.

I took a beginner to pole class with Candace and she was amazing! She was very thorough with instruction and I had so much fun that I forgot I got a great workout too!
