Awesome instructors. It can be intimidating to start silks and pole with little upper body strength but they are very encouraging and break it down for you

I had a great time at the pole classes. I took classes by 3 different instructors and they were all awesome. The facility was very nice. The mats & poles get sanitized.

I enjoyed the aerial silks classes here, as they were pretty fun workout regimens. Although sometimes the instructors didn't give me enough personalized attention (or even none at all), I'd recommend just to try it out to see if it's for you.

Has a lot of different classes to choose from. I only went to the Aerial Silks classes because those were the only ones I was interested in. I got to learn a bit of Hammock too which was fun. I only went to the Santa Fe Springs location so I can only comment on my experience there. Great facilities and great instructors. My only complaint would be that there was only one legit Aerial Silks per wk
