it's great BUT the slowest speed is 55/60 mph so not necessarily great for little kids though we did ok after all!

Bring your own batting gloves and a head scarf. They Lysol the inside of the helmets but still.... Other than that, bat away! Great fun and work out! :)

Call ahead to see if they're booked or really busy that day. I suggest going when they first open. Small place, but great for the price!!!!! Get a good batting session in!!
