Staff are accomodating however they have to work on their appt. time in a timely manner & not make a customer wait for an 1 hour or more pass the scheduled appt. time.

The young woman who did my mani and pedi was very sweet and did a decent job.
The woman who attempted to do the massage was... She had NO idea what she was doing! There were several times I was about to stop the massage and get off the table because I was afraid she was going to injure me. She kept pressing on my spine-HARD. The movements and strokes she was doing were nothing like what is used in any Swedish, deep tissue or other massage. I went to school for massage and have had many professional massages. This woman is most definitely not trained and has no idea what to do. AND no idea of what parts of the body are contraindications (parts to stay away from to avoid injury).
Also, the massage room had a glass door and a thin see-through sheet ONLY. That doesn't provide enough privacy. And certainly enough privacy isn't provided with the woman standing there watching me take my top and bra off!
Also, I had to ask for the hot stones to be used in the 'hot stone massage' at least ten minutes after the start of the massage. Since she didn't speak english and I don't speak spanish fluently, it was very difficult to communicate about anything, especially the stones. Finally, after several minutes she came back with some. And then she pressed them onto my spine!!!
If she is allowed to do massage at your spa, she MUST know at the very least to NOT press on the spine, as well as other contraindications. Or she will hurt someone.

Run appointments on a timely basis. Don't take your time with each customer that walks in
