Have more choices for schedules time

I had the first of six hydra dermabrasions. It was a soothing and relaxing experience. My skin felt soft, smooth and brighter afterward. I look forward to the next one.

the person who did the treatment had absolutely no personality. She wore gloves throughout the entire treatment! I've never had a face treatment where the person wore gloves. All she did was spray my face with an acne solution (I don't have acne!), squirt my face with some lotion, and 10 min of microdermabrasion. She then put me under a hot light which got made me claustrophobic. And she said, oh that tends to happen. I was in and out of there in 30 min for a treatment that was supposed to take 45 min with deep cleansing and toning which she didn't do. Will never be back!

I dont like the new location!! =( ... the person should splain the process!!

The procedure was not what was posted on their website. It was a disappointment and waste of time and money. I could've gone somewhere else with that amount and had gotten a better microdermabrasion.

The facial was supposed to be 45 minutes . The facial only last 20 minutes. Other places I've been to did more for the price I paid.

The facial was a joke.. compared to the description details on the website. And it was only about 15 minutes long.

The lady that did my hydrodermabration had an attitude, kept referring me to the website when I asked questions about the proceedure, kept saying "it's on the website" to every single question. I tipped well out of habit, but will not go back there.
