I have never had a bad experience at A Carriage Regal and I have been a regular customer for about four years. The people there recognize you when you walk in and treat you like they care what happens to your clothes.

My only comment is that your employees should not only match up names to the orders, but also phone numbers/receipt numbers. I almost walked out with another woman's wedding dress, who had the same name as me. When I came in to pick up my dress, I gave the employee my dry cleaning ticket, and she matched it up with the name, instead of looking at the actual receipt number. Then, she charged me the other woman's remaining balance, even though I insisted that I was all paid up, and hadn't agreed to any other upgrades when I sent my dress away. It was only after I paid and she handed me my dress box, that I noticed it was my name, but a different phone number. We opened up the box, and it was not my dress! She then found my dress, with the same name, of course. I got my refund from you a few days later, but please be more aware of the customers receipt tickets, and always check that the name and phone numbers match up. Other than that, I was happy with the service you provided for me. My wedding dress looks beautiful!
