The instructors are very personable, inviting, and engaging. They are having a great time themselves, which motivates me. I also appreciate their instructional strategies with their visual cues, repeating sequences several times, and then putting it all together. An overall fun class and a great workout!

Brandi is a great instructor, the Live DJ makes it feel like a party and the way Groove3 is taught is genius! They break it down in small sections so by the end of the night, you can put each section together and have a fun combo that makes it look like you've been doing this all your life! Highly recommend this class!
