Love that they offer kid's classes at the same time that I can take an adult class. This is a great environment, and it's refreshing to go to a studio that offers classes that play real music to break a sweat to.

I have taken many yoga classes at many different places over the years. One Down Dog Yoga is one of the best. With two large studios,, a warm friendly staff, and an array of fabulous classes taught by knowledgeable, helpful instructors, this is my go to Yoga studio!

I’ve finally found the perfect place and class for my needs. Chill. The staff is great. I’ve also come to realize what I’ve been missing in Yoga. Music!!!
