Millie is FANTISTIC! She fixed my eyes from a previous botched job. Is totally professional, knows her craft and the process was not only virtually painless but really relaxing and enjoyable. I can recommend her enough!

I took a Tylenol before going for my eyelid tattoos just because I wasn't certain what the discomfort level might be. While I wouldn't go get a tattoo just for a pleasureable experience, it was totally tolerable and Nellie was compassionate and considerate. I am looking forward to my next appointment when I will get my lower lids and eye brows done. Love my upper eye lids already.

Ask pertinent questions before! I did what was advertised as permanent eyeliner. It was a big decision to do this Once there I found out it really isn't permanent but will last a couple years. It is a regulation on the product. Nellie did a great jo

Ninel is great. This was the first time for me doing permanent make-up and she took the time to explain in detail the process and healing steps. It ended up being so much easier and nice than I had thought. Ninel is located inside the RiaVida spa in los Gatos. This was not mentioned in the voucher and I had a hard time finding her, but fortunately I stop and asked at the spa , so I was able to finally find her after going back and forth between the address provided in the internet and the address displayed in the voucher (which is the right address).

Great place. Will go again.
