Did a beautiful job! Spots I scrubbed more than once on my hands and knees and couldn't get out are gone now. My filthy, old carpeting looks almost new.

This was the first time that we had used Five Star Restoration. They were on time for the appointment. We have three large dogs and they did a great job on the pet stains.

Brian was precisely on time and did a great job. Was very informative about cleaning process and gave upgrade options if wanted (absolutely no pressure). Was fast drying. Highly recommend!!

They had to reschedule due to Van/car problems which was a little frustrating since we moved several things to another room in preparation of them coming. But he was very nice and I think he did a good job cleaning our carpets. We were pleased.

Had a mix up in scheduling with our first appointment but then they quickly rescheduled. Did a very thorough job compared to prior cleaning from another company. We have a large house and they were in and out in 2 hours. You should definately consider using them for this important but often overlooked cleaning task.
