Very pleasant and helpful. Not intrusive or overbearing. There is a small tea bar and shop with all sorts of neat items that are tea related.

LOVED THIS PLACE!! Great inventory of teas from all over the world, as well as delightful pots and cups. In addition, you can sit and have a cup of tea right there!!
